Ms. Dyer is a lawyer and IT Business Strategy consultant with a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University in Maryland. She is a native New Yorker living in Washington, D.C. for more than 10 years and enjoys traveling, cooking, and Dallas Cowboys football.
